PaybackCircle provides independent investigation, evidence documentation, and consulting services. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. Where legal action is appropriate, we introduce clients to licensed counsel; you engage them directly.
No outcome guarantee
We make no representation or warranty that lost funds will be recovered. Investigative outcomes depend on facts, jurisdictions, and third parties beyond our control. Any success in past matters is not indicative of any specific case outcome.
Fees
The initial consultation is free of charge. All subsequent work is performed under a written scope of engagement identifying the fees, deliverables, and timeline. Fees are payable as set out in that scope. We do not charge success, contingency, or "recovery guarantee" fees.
Confidentiality

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
