What we collect
When you contact us, we collect the name, email, and phone number you provide, along with the details of your enquiry. During an engaged case we may collect documents, transaction records, and communications you choose to share for investigation purposes.
Why we hold it
To respond to your enquiry, to carry out investigative work you have engaged us for, and to meet our regulatory record-keeping obligations. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell or share it with third parties for marketing.
Where it's stored
On encrypted systems physically located within the European Union. Access is restricted to your named case team. Data is destroyed on your written request when the case closes, subject to statutory retention requirements.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to privacy@paybackcircle.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the UK ICO.
